Sirius Facilities GmbH develops and operates 38 business parks throughout Germany totaling 1.1 million square metres. It revitalises brownfield sites, investing heavily in renovation and moderni-sation to transform them into a bustling mix of offices, warehouses, factories and conference facilities.
Sirius provides homes for a wide variety of businesses located in such major centres as Kiel, Munich, Cologne and Bonn. It also operates the smartspace programme, offering a flexible range of workbox, storage and office facilities. Working with the marketing department in Berlin, Greybox created the Sirius brand identity, and has continued to supply design for brochures, exhibition stands, merchandise, websites and both internal and external signage. Greybox also look after the organisations product brands FlexConnect, Lb2 catering, SmartSpace and store2yourdoor.
